On the 18/09/2025 i have taken my car Mazda CX3 for oil service and told the lady who assisted me on service side that my car keeps on flushing engine light and oil light even though i have refilled oil so i alerted her to please have that checked and tell me what might be the cause. So the lady called me during the day and said im getting these signs because of a bad oil strainer that needs to be replaced and so i asked the lady how much is that oil strainer and she said its R4850 but they don’t have the part in store but will have to order it for me and might take 3 days to arrive. So i told her that since its before month end i don’t have R4850 for the strainer now but to rather continue with oil service as it cost R2,135 and that i can manage. So my issue here is that the lady **** to me and tried to **** me extra money for the oil strainer which costed way less than what she told me it cost even on the invoice she gave me after paying for the oil service, cause just two days after i took my car to their oil service i phoned again the parts department at Mazda Vereeniging now wanting to order the same part cause my car still showing the same issues and the guy at parts said the oil strainer for my car is R500 and i can send someone to pay for it and will get it in two days and guess what my wife went to order the part and got it for R500. So imagine the difference now from the price i got first of R4850 and only to find out the same dealership sells it for R500 while if the lady became fair to me that day i would have fixed my car with them the same day. So im not happy at all with Mazda and mind you i bought this car from them in 2020 now they want to **** me again their customer. So please people beware Mazda Vereeniging service department the lady there by the window were we live our keys too she’s a ***** with whoever she’s working with they fix prices to rob customers and i have proof in terms of all receipts i got from them so they must be looked at cause now my car would damage my engine anytime because they just don’t care but only want to **** people.

My experience with Mazda Vaal was GREAT. I have an old Mazda bakkie and although many "experts" tried to fix it, they were totally unsuccessful (cost me lots of money waisted). After 3 months of struggling with the car I took it to Mazda Vaal Workshop and within a day Tony the Workshop Foreman solved my car problems. Tony is absolutely an expert in his field and he is very Customer friendly, plus the price was not expensive. Patricia at the Workshop counter is also very friendly, cooperative and efficient. I can only thank this Mazda Vaal Workshop Team and recommend them to any one who needs help with their Mazdas,

I took my Mazda CX3 in for it's 24 month service. The car was totally overfilled with oil. They had to drain out oil twice to get the level correct. I mailed them on the 20th of January but not the service manager or dealer principal contacted me as yet. Management's commitment is clearly visible right down to the shop floor. Pathetic to say the least. Lovely car sold by incompetent people.

I bought a car from a Sales person by the name of Greg. The gentleman was very efficient in selling me the car. I picked up the car and it had some defects, the sales person told me it's still under warranty and I can take it to any Mazda dealership. I took it to the dealership in centurion and I was told the car is out of warranty and I was charged for inspection and I'm billed for fixing the electrical defects. No one wants to take responsibility. Please help as I am getting no joy.

I Johannes Motsoeneng bought a car (Polo vivo) from Mazda Vereeniging last year July, I had a problem with my battery so l called Volkswagen to enquire about the battery but to my surprise Tumi from VW told me that she cannot assist me because the car that I got is trendline. Currently I'm paying for comfort line, that is what it says on my contract .I'm not really not happy with the service I got from the dealership because I'm paying for something I don't have and I insured the comfortline so what if I experience a problem with the car I have now, would the insurance pay? I need dealership to sort this as soon as possible because it's now a year paying for something that I don't have and surely the installment is not the same.

On 3 March 2020, I bought a Mazda CX3 Individual Auto from Mazda Vaal in Vereeniging. I was so impressed with the car I bought a Mazda 2 Dynamic Auto on 24 July 2020. Truth be told, both cars are fantastic and are living up to my expectations. The problem is that the dealership did not do the transfer of ownership from my name to the dealership. (Or its Proxy). I am now getting E-Toll accounts and speeding fines for vehicles that I traded in on these two vehicles. Both cars were previously furnished with E-Tags while in my possession and I never had any issues with SANRAL. Obviously, these E-Tags were officially transferred to the new vehicles as per SANRAL rules. The first trade-in vehicle was sold and registered to a new owner on 29 June 2020. I however sit with the responsibility of the period 3 March 2020 until 28 June 2020 according to SANRAL, who sent me proof that their system reflected at the time that I was the legal owner. What is really pathetic is that SANRAL now wants me to trace and find who the new owners of these vehicles are. HOW? I do not have access to the national data system! SANRAL wants me to do their own job! Vaal Mazda simply fails to answer or react on my requests and e-mails. I am bluntly ignored. Did the dealership not transgress some legal regulation/law by not taking the vehicles off my name as from the date of sale? I am sure that they transgressed some or other legal compliance. I have paid the dealership a visit on 27 August and they promised that I would get the proof of the Proxy registration that same day (I actually gave them the documentation as supplied to me by SANRAL) but I still have not received anything. I have written them an e-mail demanding positive action by 13:00 today and still no reply. What are the legal steps that I can take to bring this matter to a closure?
