I would like to take a moment to express my gratitude to Aphelele at Cash Converters in Morning Glen Mall, Morningside Manor, Johannesburg, for the exemplary service I received. The quality of the products offered, combined with the outstanding assistance provided by Aphelele and the store manager, greatly exceeded my expectations. The 86 km drive to support Cash Converters at this location was certainly worthwhile, and I look forward to continuing my patronage in the future. Thank you once again for your dedication to excellent customer service.
I just would like to give Emfulini Medi-Clinic my review about their excellent service and the way they treated my father while he was in the hospital for more than a month and then even again this week. Amazing staff and friendly and amazing services that they care for their patients. Thank You to Anri van Zyl for the excellent friendly and quality time she spends at work carrying patients and families in her hands and keeping everyone satisfied with all their needs, Anri van Zyl was excellent and attended to each and every inquiry We had about everything. It's the first time I experienced a person like Anri van Zyl so in control and keeping everybody happy at all times, All my respect to that amazing, strong, independent woman. There is no word to explain the service Anri van Zyl gave us and went out of her way to keep my father comfortable at all times. She has all my respect for the job she is doing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We app**** for an order a Huawei Note Book X Pro, contract was approved, have to phone every week for feedback, and every time it's on back order We going for the second month waiting now so what is the use of supporting this franchise if the communication between the supplier and the Dealership that's an Franchise in Vanderbijlpark in Rossini Blvd 016 933 and the customer is not happening and the excuses is that the supplier can not notify the Vodacom store how long the client will be waiting, According Huawei South Africa there are enough stock in South Africa that was told to be on 15/08/2023 with ref no:Lepinhogonolo0832960139. So I did not appreciate the way Liza talked to my sister over the phone she was rude unprofessional and ***********. No feedback has been received from this store at all I had to phone every week and nothing happened. I know the owner of this franchise is Herman and you are more than welcome to phone Embrencia at 0795024128 or myself Stanley 0832960139 for any feedback on this Franschise. If customers are treated like this in the franchise stores I am not interested in supporting them at all. Some of this stuff has attitude issues like Liza and there was another guy at sales who was rude the other day just can not remember his name.
This complain is regaring Vodacom suppliers, How do they expect me to wait like in a month for an order that was places and the contract was approved. The supplier has to get there things together because Juawei South Africa confirm that the product that was app**** for has enough stock in South Africa but whoever the pathetic supplier for Vodacom stores is your service is bad, You do not care or have a process in place that the Vodacom Stores can even inform the client how long they will be waiting for the Item they ordered. The Vodacom supplier for their stock is putting Vodacom's name and service at risk because they are *********** and I even brought this complaint to Huawei South Africa's attention. If Vodacom suppliers can't provide good service maybe Vodacom has to look for another better supplier with excellent service I hope Vodacom's Head office takes this matter seriously because of your supplier you will lose clients and the supplier does not care because you keep on supporting them with there pathetic *********** servic.

The package was picked up on 2023/03/20. The package was delivered on 2023/04/01. Excuses on the Tracker are every time "Driver ran out of time" How can it be possible that the Driver sun out of time for 12 Days and the Courier it can not come up with a plan to deliver on time after I was told By Staff it will be delivered on Monday 2023/03/24 because they made special arrangements for the deliveries that were not done, it will be delivered on 2023/03/24? The delivery was done on 2023/04/01 according to the tracing list. If I can recall the first call I spoke to Natasha.

I just want to Thank Susan Gorman and Andrew Roux for their excellent service at this branch and for going out of their way to keep me as a customer happy and give me the best service at this dealership. This is not the first time I experience this excellent service from Susan Gorman where she goes out of her way for me as a customer with a request that is not even part of her job subscription. This dealership is a great team and I will always tell all my friends and the public about this excellent service and the amazing way this management and staff are treating customers
I hander in my Huawei P50 Pocket for repair Vodacom head office repair center could not find all spares. They damaged the phone's back cover, and the screen and cracked the camera, and sent it back to me as a customer to take the phone back to my service provider to repair, my service provider, told me I will be charged and responsible for the cost. How pathetic can you get? Head office REpairs Vodacom, And I will not pay for that repair i will go to the ombudsman even will send things to carte blanch. How u made me an over to replae a Huawei P50 pocker with a Samzung z3 flip R10 000 less value or Samzung S22+ R6000 less value because u had an excuse that you could not find parts, that is a shame. Mug & Bean Salt Rock served us a breakfast that is unacceptable for the prices charged. Not well presented in any way. Every experience at a different branch was pleasant with food worth the money you spend on any meal. If a plate of food is presentable it simply tastes better. Obviously no effort nor consideration of presentation of this dish was considered. If any person go to a restaurant for a dish you expect your money's worth. Shocking and unacceptable presentation of a dish.
