Star Chery Vanderbijlpark - Pathetic Sales Service
They have absolutely no idea what vehicle sales is all about. Negative experiences from 3 weeks ago: - No demo Tiggo Pro 7 available for test drive. Had to drive new car around parking lot. - Still waiting for a written quote. - Salesman more interested in telling me about his personal problems and selling me finance. - Wanted to charge me a non-refundable commitment fee of R 1,000. Where in the motor industry do you find this sh--. If you're interested in a Chery vehicle, avoid this dealer at ALL COSTS.

I am really not happy with the service from cherry vanderbijlpark ,I bought cherry tiggo cross in Dec 2024,two months down the line the front left and back tyres indicates that there is a problem (TPMS) until today.I went to the dealership they said that I must take my car to tyre fixing center at my expense I am angry and disappointed.I

I bought two Chery Tigos cash, on 5 August 2024. Took delivery of one on 6 Aug, and the other one on 10 Aug. Both had temporary permits, valid for 3 weeks. After they expired I had to phone numerous times to hear where the license disks and number plates were. The cars have not even been registered yet!! New permits were delivered. A week later the one car's number plates were delivered. The other car's temp permit expired on 20 Sept, but still the car has not been registered. Again I have to phone and enquire. They promise feedback, but don't give it. It dies not help to ask to speak to the owner, as he does not want to be bothered. They are a bunch of totally *********** idiots. They know absolutely NOTHING about customer service!
