I am really not happy with the service from cherry vanderbijlpark ,I bought cherry tiggo cross in Dec 2024,two months down the line the front left and back tyres indicates that there is a problem (TPMS) until today.I went to the dealership they said that I must take my car to tyre fixing center at my expense I am angry and disappointed.I
They are patient,takes through the whole process, they are the best
I am really disappointed with the service I am getting from Hisense.I bought a hisense 18kg top loader washing machine last year ,In May the machine starts to give me problems I talked to them and they send one of their technicians the issue was not resolved after a week I was still experiencing the problem, after a week they called to find out if my machine is working well I then told them that the issue is not resolved, they promised to send one of their technician again,he came the following day,he did come and indicated that part of the machine was damaged and needs to be ordered, he brought the new part and now my machine is worse than before I am so disappointed I will never buy anything from hisense
I recently wrote a review about dstv I cancel a contract with them end April as I was no longer working, they r(multichoice) responded to my review the same day after it was published,I had a telephonic conversation with one of their agents I requested her to send me a settlement letter so that I cancel the contract for good. After setling the account I sent them proof of payment as per settlement contract. I did that today to my surprise they say I now own them R621.I am really ****ed off I know after paying this amount ,they also talk about(terms and conditions)I tried to hustle to pay the outstanding amount as per contract. I don't know how am going to pay this amount. I am really disgusted and frustrated.
Ihad a contract with dstv customer number(34943915) I am no longer working now they say I need on a contract when you phone them you will forever hold until you ran out of airtime .They will never call you back IThey are so quick on clear score and I am worried that I can see this is going to affect me in future.I just want to find out how much do I owe so that I get out of this damn contract..I really regret the day I joined DSTV.
Terrible Terrible service from GEMS. My name is Nkhahle Isaac Ramokhoase, a GEMS member with medical aid number: 001302281. I take blood tests twice annually and my medical aid pays in full for the first tests which usually occur in February. However, the second time I take tests in August, I have to cough out money from my own pocket, whilst I am paying my medical aid every month. The service I have been getting is horrible! GEMS takes forever to respond to queries and I have been threatened with legal action from the company that does my blood tests (Pathcare) because I cannot afford to pay those fees because that money goes towards my monthly medical aid payments. So I do not understand why GEMS does not pay for my second annual blood tests, and why they do not communicate with me as their client as to why they fail to pay for these tests year in and year out. I am in dismay of the ********** service I have been getting. 001302281
