Good day I am not happy with how woolworths has treated me, firstly I was wrongly accused of shop lifting, then they called the police and I was locked up and released 1:30 am with no transport to take us home, me and my wife. I was given a letter stating that I shouldn't even come near the store or enter the store, I did that but now I am receiving calls from debt collectors (Blake and associates) asking me when will I pay my account? I was puzzled because I was banned from the shop, I don't have a problem paying my account because I was paying my account before this " shop lifting story " The store never apologized for what happened, all of sudden my account is handed over. Why did they hand over my account, knowing that they have banned me the account holder from their store. I am scared to go to another woolworths because what if I will be embarrassed in front of other customers again. I want woolworths to tell me if they don't want me to purchase from anymore and who is going to pay those arrears that accumulated after they have banned me. I don't mind paying off the balance I had before they accused but not what accumulated after, I am sorry I won't pay that amount because I did not refuse to pay my account but the shop refused me to go in and pay. I am very angry with woolworths because this was the shop I trusted but they disappointed me as their customers. I also need a footage that shows that I was shop lifting. I need this matter to be sorted ASAP, it is destroying my name.
I Johannes Motsoeneng bought a car (Polo vivo) from Mazda Vereeniging last year July, I had a problem with my battery so l called Volkswagen to enquire about the battery but to my surprise Tumi from VW told me that she cannot assist me because the car that I got is trendline. Currently I'm paying for comfort line, that is what it says on my contract .I'm not really not happy with the service I got from the dealership because I'm paying for something I don't have and I insured the comfortline so what if I experience a problem with the car I have now, would the insurance pay? I need dealership to sort this as soon as possible because it's now a year paying for something that I don't have and surely the installment is not the same.
