I bought a car from a Sales person by the name of Greg. The gentleman was very efficient in selling me the car. I picked up the car and it had some defects, the sales person told me it's still under warranty and I can take it to any Mazda dealership. I took it to the dealership in centurion and I was told the car is out of warranty and I was charged for inspection and I'm billed for fixing the electrical defects. No one wants to take responsibility. Please help as I am getting no joy.
<p>I received an sms telling me I have R350 in cash back rewards and the sms had my card number on it. When I got to clicks at Bank City Johannesburg, they told me their system shows I only have R36 cash back. They called their customer service and the call was picked up by Kgosiame who reports to Genene and Bianca in Customer Care. The lady first said she cant pick up my card and I'm not registered on the system. She then put me on hold without giving reason for over 10minutes and she came back saying the sms was sent to me by mistake. That was all, Clicks embarrassed me as I stood in a long queue, with a trolley full of things only to find it was all an error. I want to know who makes an error with the correct club card number to the correct cellphone number? I want compensation for the embarrassment and time wasted!</p>
