I feel I was ********** by Car Care Clinic Vanderbijlpark. They told me they can do faultfinding on my Mazda 2003, which was occasionally backfiring, jerking and it could not accelerated fast enough for R 640-00. After a few hours at their shop the Technician phoned me and said he could not find anything wrong, but they still charged me the R640-00. He also gave me a long quotation list to do a complete major overhaul for R22757-00. I took the car to Mazda Vereeniging and they identified the faulty part and fixed the problem within a day for R2200-00. I do not recommend this place to anybody.
My experience with Mazda Vaal was GREAT. I have an old Mazda bakkie and although many "experts" tried to fix it, they were totally unsuccessful (cost me lots of money waisted). After 3 months of struggling with the car I took it to Mazda Vaal Workshop and within a day Tony the Workshop Foreman solved my car problems. Tony is absolutely an expert in his field and he is very Customer friendly, plus the price was not expensive. Patricia at the Workshop counter is also very friendly, cooperative and efficient. I can only thank this Mazda Vaal Workshop Team and recommend them to any one who needs help with their Mazdas,
I would like to bring under the attention of Customers the unacceptable treatment I have received from Makro Online South Africa. On 9 April 2024 I placed a Makro online order MAK 6445884 for Doom Blue Death Insect Poder quantity 36 items and paid it in full per my Credit Card. On 10 April 2024 I received an email from Makro stated: “We had to cancel some items in your order, either at your request or due to stock unavailability despite our efforts. We will process a refund to the same payment method used when placing this order which will reflect within the next 2-10 working days, depending on the tender used. Please note: *Card payments will appear on your bank statement back-dated to the original order date *EFT refunds may take longer due to information required from you Order Number: MAK6445884. Items cancelled due to out of stock quantity 23 out of 36 items.” On 14 April 2024 Makro delivered 13 of the 36 items on order to my home address. On 7 May 2024 I lodged a Query 4046350 with Asandra Nika at Makro, because the refund was still outstanding. By 27 May 2024 there was no further response from Asandra and on 6 Jun 2024 I spoke to Grant Mentor at Makro and he issue me a new Query 4202358, because the one issued by Asandra was incorrectly done. On 8 Jun2024 I received an email from Nomsa Mlambo at Makro promising to refund me asap. On 1 Jul 2024 I sent an email to Grant Mento, because the refund was still outstanding. Grant escalated the problem to Makro Team leader Mawethu Tisane and Mawethu responder per email as follows: “Please note that we currently have a system issue that is being looked into by our Technicians, once this has been resolved, we will proceed to process your refund.” On 18 Sep 2024 I requested per email from Mawethu when the refund would be done. There was no response from Mawethu, On 15 Oct 2024 I spoke to Asithe at Makro and Asithe said the matter would again be brought under the attention of Mawethu and Mawethu would contact me. Nothing happened. On 4 Nov 2024 Jerome from Makro phoned me and asked me if the matter was resolved, I told him that nothing was resolved and also what has happened so far. Jerome promised to follow up and that Mawethu would come back to me. Up to date (3 Dec 2024) I had no further response from Jerome, Grant, Mawethu or Makro. This is now 7 months later and I have not received my refund or any POP from Makro. This is the worst performance I have ever seen in any company and I strongly recommend that customers stay far away from them.
Solar Guru, keep sending me what they have on special. On their email to me I saw that they provided a link to see Hello Peter comments on their products and services. There are a lot of satisfied customers, but unfortunately Solar Guru does not address the customers who complaint negatively, in a satisfactory manner. On all the complaints Solar Guru has only one standard answer and they do not even try to resolve the issues at hand.
