<p>I am immensely impressed with Mike,s Deepfreeze in more ways than one.</p> <p>The beautiful lady in the front shop, Marthie, was friendly, efficient,professional and extremely knowledgeable about all parts and related services. </p> <p>I was assisted in a quick and professional way.  All my questions answered in a jiffy.</p> <p>My aircon was installed by Quintin. It was evident that he took pride in his work. And with due reason. He paid attention to detail and safety. The job was done in a professional, neat and tidy manner and much quicker than I anticipated.</p> <p>I want to thank them for exceceptional customer service and for exceeding all my expectations. They really went the extra mile.</p> <p>Nowadays, it is rare to walk into a aircon or freezer repair place and leave with a warm glow of satisfaction afterwards.</p> <p>I would recommend them to all and everybody.</p>
