Appalling customer service, promises not kept, false advertising and upgrade callcenter agent being disrespectful when talking to the customer. When I phoned to follow up on a query closed without any feedback after the 1st agent told me he will call me within 48 hrs once the error on my profile has been rectified. I waited 2 weeks. No call, just a closed query without feedback. When I was finally transferred to another upgrade agent he told me that he didn’t know what to say to ne and I am not listening. Then even went ahead telling me the app details on upgrade deals are not accurate. So, what do we trust then if you publish incorrect details and deals on the app. I could not believe how he spoke to me so I asked to speak to his supervisor. I was then told that he will send the supervisor an email to phone me. I told him I doubt if I would be called back since previous promises for phone calls were not kept. Eventually I said I will wait for the supervisor’s call. I am still waiting. Shocked at the way he spoke to me, even when he told me the app deals are not accurate and then again making a promise that was not kept. If these are the type of people you choose to be first line of contact with customers supporting you for years, I cannot say that I am eager to stay because Vodacom very obviously do not care about customer care or making good on promises or deals offered
I have wasted enough time and money with phone calls and emails and need to take it to the next level. I am beyond disappointed with Clicks Direct Medicine service. They are completely unreliable and never deliver on promises made. I provided everything they required to be registered for my approved chronic medication within less than a day. I have to follow up every month - not just once but numerous times to confirm the delivery of my medication. I phoned them numerous times to enquire why my medication is either not delivered or late. This happens more than once a month. During the previous call apparently a fix was done to ensure my medication will be automatically dispensed and delivered in time. Again - this month I am without my chronic medication because they have not delivered - even though I phoned them last week Monday to remind them that it was already due. They are my current Medical Aid's designated Service Provider. Because of the absolute ridiculousness and untrustworthiness of the service delivery - I am even planning on changing my medical aid in order to rather have another DSP for chronic medicine dispensary and delivery. I am also planning to inform my medical aid or this unacceptable approach to service delivery.
I want to thank the team at Skydive Parys from the bottom of my heart for making my first tandem skydive one of the best moments of my life. They were professional, extremely safety conscious, highly s****ed and made every second fun. Special thanks to Corne for truly making my experience awesome and fun. I felt completely safe (though terrified?). You made me laugh the entire time. I was very impressed with your attention to detail and safety. Thanks to Callie for the ground training and for explaining what to expect in detail. Thanks to Bernard for being an amazing outside camera man. You made me feel at ease, loved your sense of humor -I would recommend you to all and everyone. Amazing pictures from Corne and Bernard... I love my video! Thanks to the video editing, Ariel.. I love bragging with it.. The guys truly captured the absolute exhilaration I experienced? thanks to the parachute packers and to Glynis... Thanks to the pilot. Could not have done it without you ? I want to thank Lancet laboratory at Wilgeheuwel hospital for their professional, friendly and amazingly customer centric service I experienced on the 4/8/2018 I actually left with a feeling of satisfaction and pleasure due to the way they treated me. I will recommend them to everyone. The admin clark and the student phlebotomist were excellent and very professional. I was assisted immediately, everything was clean. Protocol was followed to the tee. Amazing. Thank you
I am thoroughly disappointed with the service received by Ampath Hartbee****rt. Or should I say lack of service? My GP filled out an Ampath form with a request for 14 different blood tests of which 2 were Fasting blood tests. I am working in Roodepoort and staying in Hartbee****rt. I had breakfast in the morning, and fasted the rest of the day in order to have the blood tests done 10 hrs after I have eaten. I phoned the lab twice to inform them that I was on the way and what the situation was. When I entered Harties, I phoned again to advise that I was 10 min away and I was concerned that I may not make it in time and if they are willing to wait one minute for me if need be. The lady told me that they are closing at 17h00 and if I am not there then I must go to Brits- another 20 km away. I was shocked at the rudeness given the fact that I informed them that I was on my way and sure to make it. I was at the Ampath lab 5 min before closing time. They did not greet me and seemed irritated that someone actually entered the lab. Then I was told that the guy taking the samples already left. When I told them I was fasting since breakfast to have these tests done - I was told that my blood glucose would be so high that it may seem that I was a diabetic. I, being a qualified nurse, told them that this was actually the intent of a fasting Glucose test - to see how the insulin reacts to no food in your system. Then I was told that they did not have any storing facilities or a fridge to keep samples until collection the next day and that they only take fasting bloodtests between 09H00-11H00 in the morning. They just was not willing to assist and seemed angry and irritated that I was requesting help and explaining my circumstances. I have passed 3 hospitals on my way home with the idea to rather support my home town branch. I am concerned about the accuracy of tests done at this branch seeing that they do not have storage facilities for samples. They had no interest in even doing any of the other tests (if the fasting blood tests could not be done). These 2 ladies obviously did not have the interest of the customer or the business in mind. I have not encountered such a total disregard for customer service and brand consciousness in the medical profession as yet. The very next day I took the form to Lancet and was blown away by their professional, customer- centric and friendly service. Lancet would then thank this branch for the business of 14 different blood tests given to them due to a lack of professionalism on Ampath's side. I would caution health care providers making use of a labarotory that does not have storage for medical samples until collection as this may impact accuracy of the results.

All my questions answered in a jiffy.<br />I know I can be a trying customer but through all my enquiries she remained professionally focused on resolving the issues I experienced with my refrigerator.<br />Since my refrigerator issues was resolve ed in such a great way, I knew that I would not go anywhere else with my request for a new aircon installation.<br />My aircon was installed by Quintin. It was evident that he took pride in his work. And with due reason. He paid attention to detail and safety. The job was done in a professional, neat and tidy manner and much quicker than I anticipated.
