Mike's Place WHERE IS MY MONEY
Bought a Jeep 2.7 CRD motor Friday 19/5/2023 from them drove all the way to Clanwilliam to get it fitted by a mechanic. Lots of issues and motor refuses to start. Mechanic removed the motor and I took it back on Monday 22/05/2023 all the way back to Cape Town. Today is Wednesday 31/05/2023 and still no refund from them. Everyday a different excuse, Travis though is definitely one of the most helpful salespersons I've ever seen and met. He do everything possible from his side but the manager and HR with refunds is not helpful at all. I really hope someone see this and can relate with this scenario. Just another thought before anyone want to judge me, this was my 3rd motor I bought from them and the other engine's was excellent (Ford 2.5td WL and Honda DOHC).My family bought 7 motors from them and this was definitely the last.

01 Jun 2023, 06:57Sometimes people doesn't let other users know that the issue has been resolved. Thank Mike's Place for my full payment back in my account. Really a pity that the 72 hrs was almost a week later, but really appreciate it.
