POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE/BAD SERVICE

Bad customer service salesman Sox Sityebi don't want to refund me. I purchased a starter by him came the next day because my starter didn't pack up was some other issue. Sox told me he can't refund me because its my mechanics fault.... Well even his name says it all Sox never buy there again ...
