Poor Service Regarding the Christmas Lunch Order and Delayed Refund

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Milan Group this past Christmas. I ordered a meal for my family, trusting their advertised quality and professionalism, but what we received was absolutely unacceptable. The food was burnt, portions were far smaller than expected, and the overall presentation was unappetizing. It did not resemble what was advertised at all. This completely ruined our Christmas lunch, and we were forced to spend additional money at the last minute to purchase a replacement meal. To make matters worse, when I raised my concerns with Milan Group via WhatsApp, they acknowledged the issue and promised a refund. However, weeks later, they have still not honored their promise, and their communication has been extremely poor.

I would strongly advise against using Milan Group for catering services. They have proven to be unreliable, unprofessional, and dismissive of their customers' concerns. Milan Group, l urge you to take responsibility and refund the full amount immediately. Your lack of accountability is unacceptable.
