I feel ****med paid money for nothing

I'm so disappointed in this company- they didn't deliver full service I paid a lot of money but nothing has been done, I collected my own prescription letters and paid up letters they couldn't even get that done, If I could get hold of Rynhardt De Lange CEO I would have tell him to let us pay a deposit and after completion the rest, cause really- I feel ****med!!! If I could rate 0 I would!!
