Booking fr treatment

Hi this is pathetic frm milk& honey / moimooi...i tried since 4th Sep to get thru just to make a booking.i tried again this morning waited for 19min is there only one person answering the phone...this is bcoming a joke...my debit has gone off n i cant get a booking bcose of voice mesage taking over very bad
