I would never recommend this place to anyone! I came for a gel manicure. The table was dirty, the chair was so grubby and the nail technicians hands were so disgusting! Her nails were black underneath and all jaggered, and her hands were peeling and dirty!! I felt so disgusting having her do my nails. She also didn't disinfect my nails first or all the equipment she used - this is how infections and fungus is spread! She also left the gel paint all over my fingers, it looks like a child painted them. Honestly revolting.

I have cancelled my subscription and i understand there would be penalty but they keep on deducting the money and each month on a different date. I have made multiple calls to cancel the debit order with no success.

This is not aimed at the awesome ladies who deliver the services in the salon, but at the unscrupulous bean counters and management. After numerous requests to cancel my contract with Moimooi aka Milk n Honey Salon in Woodstock, both telephonically in January and via email in February and March, I've had to resort to reversing their debits from my account. The bank can't stop the debits because this company changes their reference number every month. I spoke to Adenaan in April and he asked me not to reverse the premium at the end of April as that would be my last payment for cancellation and no further debits would be made. Of course my account was again debited at the end of May and now I'm being told that the contract was never cancelled on their side and I have to pay R1100 for the debits that I have reversed before they will cancel my contract. I have now paid R399 in April and R399 in May and the call centre manager not only tells me that they will not refund me but I still have to pay them more than R1100 for debits that I reversed because the contract was still active. I have a recording of my telephonic conversation with Adenaan confirming that my contract was cancelled and April was my last payment. If they can claim that their telephonic recordings are legally binding, my recording should be legally binding too as it was a follow up call to emails requesting cancellation. I will now be taking this further legally and with the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud. From previous reviews I can see that I am not the first person who had had this happen to them. I am extremely dissatisfied with the way my request was handled

<p>Never have I received such despicable service!</p> <p> </p> <p>After cancelling four times via e-mail, these people continue to debit my account for a service that I no longer use!</p> <p> </p> <p>Diann, a condescending woman who loves talking over me, is convinced that her company is right.</p> <p>In December, I cancelled and she confirmed the last debit order would be on 29 December, even though I wouldn't be using the service.</p> <p> </p> <p>In February 2017, I call because my account is still being debited, and low and behold, I speak to this woman. She then says that I am paying a cancellation fee.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am disgusted with this institution. They are quick to make sales, but cannot service their clients with the same level of efficiency and quality.</p> <p> </p> <p>SHOCKING!!!</p>

<p>I cancelled my membership with Moimooi on the 21 September , within the cooling off period due to me being unemployed. They deducted from my account for 3 months and thrice in one month. Eventually today someone has gotten back to me, saying that they had some system errors and did not get my termination email .</p> <p> </p> <p>Honestly what kind of bull**** is that. I didnt just email use once but NUMEROUS TIMES regarding this !!! Now they will be refunding me within 30 days which is utter BULL!!!!! Use can take money from my account like use want too but when it comes to reimbursing me use want to take 30 days!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I want to be reimbursed before the end of next month!!! Or i will gladly put use on the front cover of every newspaper !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>I want feedback regarding this !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
