This is not aimed at the awesome ladies who deliver the services in the salon, but at the unscrupulous bean counters and management. After numerous requests to cancel my contract with Moimooi aka Milk n Honey Salon in Woodstock, both telephonically in January and via email in February and March, I've had to resort to reversing their debits from my account. The bank can't stop the debits because this company changes their reference number every month. I spoke to Adenaan in April and he asked me not to reverse the premium at the end of April as that would be my last payment for cancellation and no further debits would be made. Of course my account was again debited at the end of May and now I'm being told that the contract was never cancelled on their side and I have to pay R1100 for the debits that I have reversed before they will cancel my contract. I have now paid R399 in April and R399 in May and the call centre manager not only tells me that they will not refund me but I still have to pay them more than R1100 for debits that I reversed because the contract was still active. I have a recording of my telephonic conversation with Adenaan confirming that my contract was cancelled and April was my last payment. If they can claim that their telephonic recordings are legally binding, my recording should be legally binding too as it was a follow up call to emails requesting cancellation. I will now be taking this further legally and with the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud. From previous reviews I can see that I am not the first person who had had this happen to them. I am extremely dissatisfied with the way my request was handled
I would like to compliment Joseph Das for the wonderful service that he provided when I couriered a package to Johannesburg. <br> He also assisted me when a package from my company was lost in your system and he kept in contact with me constantly to advise the status of the missing package. Our head office was credited with the value of the missing goods, and the matter was resolved speedily.<br> <br> Joseph is certainly a wonderful asset to your company, and it is an absolute pleasure dealing with him.<br>
We are regular visitors to this branch (at least twice a week) and the person taking the orders at the drive thru is always the same person who accepts the payment. When you get to the payment window that person is most times taking the next order and doesn't even have the time to look up at the client who is handing over cash or card. Last night when we got to the payment window the next customers bill was added to ours and when we mentioned it we didnt even get an apology. The service was very good before, but you have just lost regular clients
