I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from one of your agents, Jané Smith. My experience was extremely unprofessional and frustrating.
Jané Smith demonstrated a lack of knowledge about the product, which resulted in significant wasted time and effort on my part. It seemed that her primary concern was taking money from me rather than providing the service I needed and requested. As a result, all the time I spent preparing and trying to make the product work was entirely wasted.
I also realized that Kantar appears to be a *****ulent company with no real products or services to offer, seemingly focused only on taking money from people under the guise of a professional company.
