Encountered a bad experience with Nissan Milnerton

I’d like to express my disappointment and frustration with service I’ve received from Nissan Milnerton dealership, particularly with regards to my vehicle’s tires. After waiting for two weeks to receive my permit I had to park my vehicle due to the issue of the expiration of my temporal permit. Well that was sorted out, only to discover issues with the tires.

When I brought this to Zandre’s attention he was unhelpful and dismissive. He claimed that I should have reported the issue earlier, despite the fact that it’s less than 2 months since I purchased my vehicle. I don’t recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from this dealership especially first time buyers like myself. I will make sure that my issue is resolved.
