Referral was on point .

I arrived at the reception . I spent one hour ten or twenty minutes in that room. Thirty waiting to be assisted. Then a young girl assisted before me. Who came after me.

When I was finally called I assumed they were calling medical aid to confirm funds Then I was put in a booth 20min without a word said . Until I stood at the door. The next thing the Dr orders one thing to be done. Then a whole lot of things are done. Just to parachute the fees.

Now today they have a nerve of telling me I'm liable ,medical aid wont be paying.

Where did they get the orders to do extra? Is it procedural without making me aware.

Then they want to protect themselves with the only letter they are good at.

Please do things procedurally still cause if that letter is supposed to cover admin work why do e still have admin at reception?
