I was in Milpark Hospital Casualty for a life-threatening asthma attack incurred due to chemical burns to my lungs. Whilst under extreme stress, your business took the liberty of using a number assigned the alias 'Boikemisetso Project' to repeatedly call me WHILST IN RESUS. The 'Manuella da Silva Harassment Project' might have been a better choice for caller ID. It is beyond ********* and beyond the reach of human empathy to call a patient IN RESUS. Not once, but three times in a row. I have to wonder if she also calls the phones in the pockets of the deceased heading to the hospital morgue.

The team at Milpark Radiology turned my biopsy day into a breeze! From the warm welcome at the front desk to Igda my guardian angel in scrubs. She whisks me away to the change rooms, where she must've hidden a stash of courage because she had me feeling calm and at ease. Igda has a calming presence and patience during the procedure, She constantly checked in with me whilst been squished and held captive by this scary machine . Dr Such was like a biopsy superhero, explaining every step with clarity and reassurance. Igda's post-procedure care has left me speechless. She checked on me multiple times over the weekend and even gave me her direct numbers for any concerns. Dr Such was also kind enough to give me her details and welcomed me to ask any questions or raise concerns if I had any. So, to anyone facing a biopsy, I highly recommend Milpark Radiology for their exceptional care and support – they made a daunting experience surprisingly bearable and MEMORABLE in a good way :)

I am extremely disappointed in the service or more no service I received at the emergency room. I went for xrays at radiology 14 may my doctor said I must go to casualty. Dr Bennington is my doctor and requested I go to milpark casualty with my results as my finger was broken. I got there at 12:30 and waited eventually someone took my vitals I was told I might see the doc at 3 so I continued waiting. I asked again at 4 they told me I was still number 5 and needed to wait a little longer. I was patient and went to the main entrance to go use the rest rooms. When I walked down the stairs I slipped on water and the stairs hurt my broken finger more and my left side. I went back to the emergency the receptionist told me to please ask the nurse where I am on the list I did so she said she would check. The male older sister asked her what she was doing she explained checking where I am on the list he was so arrogant and told me there's no numbers here were work on severity. I thought okay and continued waiting for the nurse outside the triage room. I was utterly disgusted with the male nurse as I heard him saying to the male patient have you got chest pains the wife said no he doesn't his just developed a cough the husband confirmed. The male sister told the man if you tell me you have chest pains I'll then push you to the front of the line so I'll ask again do you have chest pains. The man said yes I do it started now. What utter ******* I thought how can this health professional coherce the client for symptoms that are not there so that he can push patients through. I was at the hospital for over 5 and a half hours andeft more I jured what I did when coming in and still didn't see a doctor. For a level 1 trauma center I am appalled I actually want to have a talk with Dr Bebibgton from Donald Gordon and plead with him not to request us to go to milpark as it's a complete and utter disgrace

I arrived at the reception . I spent one hour ten or twenty minutes in that room. Thirty waiting to be assisted. Then a young girl assisted before me. Who came after me. When I was finally called I assumed they were calling medical aid to confirm funds Then I was put in a booth 20min without a word said . Until I stood at the door. The next thing the Dr orders one thing to be done. Then a whole lot of things are done. Just to parachute the fees. Now today they have a nerve of telling me I'm liable ,medical aid wont be paying. Where did they get the orders to do extra? Is it procedural without making me aware. Then they want to protect themselves with the only letter they are good at. Please do things procedurally still cause if that letter is supposed to cover admin work why do e still have admin at reception?

I have worked for Milpark Radiology incorporated for 2years 11 months, resigned with immediate effect due to intolerable working conditions and disrespect from the Practice Manager and his assistant, now they don't want to pay what's due to me and they do not want to send my claim to the forms to Liberty for my provident fund, I have never experienced such in my whole working life, I need someone to please help me get what's due to me.
