Is it even legal to call day in and day out. They are rude and never update their record. Surely there is a law against this company and how the harass people. I have informed them several times that I am not responsible for the debt given court orders etc and STILL THEY WILL NOT STOP!!!!!

I REFUSE TO LEAVE THE BUILDING TILL SOMEONE FIXES MY ACCOUNT!!!! I HAVE ESCULATED THIS SITUATION 8 TIMES. NOW TOMORROW YOU WILL DEAL WITH ME IN PERSON!!!! SEE YOU TOMORROW!!! I have called for the 6th time now and Im told again that the claims department is at fault and I must please call again next week. N2124957 New Reference number today. ALL THESE REFERENCE NUMBERS from previous calls. N2115542 N2122238 N2115578 N2124957 At what point will sizwe remember I am a client and treat me with the respect of someone that pays diligently every month thousands of rands to them to have to pay out of pocket as they cant be bothered to fix their accounts department.
Im starting to get tired of complaining about Sizwe. I cant get my medication as Sizwe exhausted my day to day funds by putting a hosiptal claim through day to day. The reason they claim is we didnt have an authorisation number... We did they issued it and yet that is the reason. 6 days later Ref:N211554 Im told I must basically just wait even though I need my medication as Claims will deal with it when the deal with it and that they have exculated the situation for a second time. So tough, they dont care if you pay your Medical Aid on time, They dont care that I can not get my medication I MUST JUST WAIT... here is a new Reference and go away N2122238. WHAT IS GOING ON WITH SIZWE AND THEIR CLAIMS/ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT?????? I must now pay for my medication and am told that I cant claim it back as the time of getting my medication my account is exhausted and therefore they cant pay me back even after they rectify the mistake from SIZWE... What? so I get penalised for their mistakes and wont get compensation for their mistakes????? REALLY!!!!
Sizwe is so useless, Doctors now punish the memebers to pay in advance and we are then responsible for getting the money back as SIZWE take upto 4 months to pay the doctores... I sent this email!! Sunica Geldenhuys called me yesterday to discuss my fur baby Pepper as she is aging a little and suggested upping her care due to this fact. Sunica was kind, friendly and we even had a few laughs . Felt like I was speaking to a friend. She is a great asset to Dotsure.
Jumping through hoops to get a refund due to them cancelling the Calabash South Africa 2025 | Robbie Williams First told we will recieve a refund automatically (BS) The fill in a refund form Then change password for security reasons Then cant fill in form for second order as as my email already has a refund active for 1st purchase BUT I made a 2nd purchase for the same concert. THIS IS RIDICULOUS THAT I HAVE TO DO ALL THIS ADMIN.... GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!
Please could someone tell me if you have a procedure (Biopsy) done and you get a pre-authorisation number for said biopsy - DO YOU NEED TO GET A DIFFERENT PRE-AUTHORISATION NUMBER FOR THE RESULTS OF SPECIMEN REMOVED FROM THE PROCEDURE (Biopsy) Im confused, if you authorise the biopsy, what was the plan with the specimen, should I keep it in a jar? Go study to become a pathologist and then diagnose said specimen myself? I have been asking Sizwe this question for over 8 weeks now and get no reply. Can someone who has a clue please explain how the Biopsy and the Results dont fall under the same procedure? Once again pathetic service by Sizwe Hosmed. If anyone is considering on joining this medical aid... DONT!! You will probably die before they provide the cover you pay for!!
The team at Milpark Radiology turned my biopsy day into a breeze! From the warm welcome at the front desk to Igda my guardian angel in scrubs. She whisks me away to the change rooms, where she must've hidden a stash of courage because she had me feeling calm and at ease. Igda has a calming presence and patience during the procedure, She constantly checked in with me whilst been squished and held captive by this scary machine . Dr Such was like a biopsy superhero, explaining every step with clarity and reassurance. Igda's post-procedure care has left me speechless. She checked on me multiple times over the weekend and even gave me her direct numbers for any concerns. Dr Such was also kind enough to give me her details and welcomed me to ask any questions or raise concerns if I had any. So, to anyone facing a biopsy, I highly recommend Milpark Radiology for their exceptional care and support – they made a daunting experience surprisingly bearable and MEMORABLE in a good way :)
