They are unprofessional, I ordered and paid for PPE and they didn’t notify me that they outsource the goods from another supplier and when I requested for a refund , they are refusing to pay me back the money for the goods they didn’t deliver

They are unprofessional, I ordered and paid for PPE and they didn’t notify me that they outsource the goods from another supplier and when I requested for a refund , they are refusing to pay me back the money for the goods they didn’t deliver . I have called and sent emails .
