They are unprofessional, I ordered and paid for PPE and they didn’t notify me that they outsource the goods from another supplier and when I requested for a refund , they are refusing to pay me back the money for the goods they didn’t deliver

Don't do business with MINE AFRICA SAFETY SOLUTIONS OR BAYAAN SAFETY WORLD SUPPLIES
Don't do business with Mine Africa or Bayaan Safety World supplies, they are the same, I have beed waiting for my back order since 2024/11/21 all I get is EMPTY promises but no delivery as at 2025-02-19 nearly 3 months! shah786@mineafrica.co.za;minesafety@gmail.com;sales1@mineafrica.co.za

STAY AWAY
Phoned one morning asking for a quote on a simple pair of shoes and received nothing but empty promises for said quote. When I called the SAME number on the SAME day later that afternoon, I got cussed out and told to stop harassing the person and f*** me for phoning. Cannot reach these people via e-mail or their website. Honestly a HORRIBLE experience.

When I called the SAME number on the SAME day later that afternoon, I got cussed out and told to stop harassing the person and f*** me for phoning. Cannot reach these people via e-mail or their website. Honestly a HORRIBLE experience.

Dishonest Website Special - Prices raised on order VERY DISHONEST PRACTICE
After calling their Offices to confirm their pricing relating to product sizes on their website, I was told to e-mail my order and sizes which I did, the quote came back more than advertised on the website By R5000 on my order alone, They simply say they are sorry that is how it is, their website needs to be updated - How is that my problem I even called and confirmed telephonically. I had quoted my client based on their initial Price for Freezer Jackets on their Weekly Specials page @ R230 Ex Vat, now they are R255 Ex Vat and prices climb by size which I confirmed was not to be the case and also is not stipulated on their Page, now they want payment upfront I am untrusting considering my order is now R24000 Was R18000 how do I trust them to fulfill their obligations if they can't even be honest from the beginning
