Dishonest Website Special - Prices raised on order VERY DISHONEST PRACTICE
After calling their Offices to confirm their pricing relating to product sizes on their website, I was told to e-mail my order and sizes which I did, the quote came back more than advertised on the website By R5000 on my order alone, They simply say they are sorry that is how it is, their website needs to be updated - How is that my problem I even called and confirmed telephonically. I had quoted my client based on their initial Price for Freezer Jackets on their Weekly Specials page @ R230 Ex Vat, now they are R255 Ex Vat and prices climb by size which I confirmed was not to be the case and also is not stipulated on their Page, now they want payment upfront I am untrusting considering my order is now R24000 Was R18000 how do I trust them to fulfill their obligations if they can't even be honest from the beginning

Questionable advice & After Sales Service
After recommending a product that DID NOT work, I returned the product by courier (incurring costs for myself) I was initially told if I returned the product I would get a full refund, once the product had been returned, Mr. Khan told me I would have a credit in his store which I did not want or need, After a telephonic discussion with him putting the phone down in my husband's ear, I called him and told him we would rather have a refund, which he finally agreed to, we waited approximately 10 days before this was done. When the refund was finally done, we found that he has deducted an amount for the 2 sheets of transfer paper and an extra one totaling 3. I do not recommend taking advice from this man as he clearly does not know his products well enough, as far as his ethics in refunds I was surprised to get any refund at all. I am still waiting for my Invoice from nearly 3 years ago for a purchase of a vinyl cutter (which also does not have all the functions he said it had, a Sublimation Printer Which was virtually impossible to set in with the information he provided, a heat Press combination which is not great in the quality department ( broke in a few places (rivets shot loose after a couple of weeks of work), which we replace and repaired.
