Highly disappointed. Our wi-fi was working for 4 days and then stopped. We contacted their support, which is WhatsApp based ONLY by the way, and they kept telling us they were opening tickets and looking into the problem. They even guided us through what to do on our end, and when this did not work, they claimed to escalate our issues. We had a total of 14 tickets logged, each with no helpful results even after we did what we were told to on our end and the escalation of the issues. After each logged complaint you need to wait 48 hours to see if whatever whoever did, worked. When we wanted to cancel our services with them, because we had received no service, we were informed that it would cost US almost R3000 to go through with the cancellation. No attempt to even find out what they could have done differently to satisfy at least the bare minimum you would expect if you pay for something as a consumer. They may be one of the cheapest network providers on the market, but let me tell you: IT SHOWS.
Phoned one morning asking for a quote on a simple pair of shoes and received nothing but empty promises for said quote. When I called the SAME number on the SAME day later that afternoon, I got cussed out and told to stop harassing the person and f*** me for phoning. Cannot reach these people via e-mail or their website. Honestly a HORRIBLE experience.
