So disappointed

I’ve stayed here 3 times and honestly it’s cheap, covers all the basics and the best part of it is the Pablo restaurant downstairs! Whatever staff was working over night on the 22 July 2022 was completely inappropriate. 1. The big, tall, light brown security guard followed us to the room, not sure if that normal but weird then apparently conversation wasn’t allowed in the parking lot, I proceeded to tell him I’m walking to my room. The he did the most when he followed us to the room also and knocked 5mins after we arrived to tell us we can’t talk after midnight. Bull****? 2. That receptionist completely ignored me and I had to yell at him to get my refund. Still bull****?

I’m not coming back and I’m disappointed. southern sun accommodated me seamlessly and I’m good
