Unhappy Employee

I am employee of Minuteman ROSSLYN. The has a tendency of taking out her frustrations on the stuff and forcing them to resign without any given reason. I am the second person last year she did that to. The stuff is not treated equally a d those she has issues with get unreasonable treatment or threats that the can "***Off" if they want to. On the last day of work she tokk her frastrations on me and when she was busy yelling i left the office and she mentioned that i must resign... How does one deal with the matter
