I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking fast and effective work to be done for two days I had a traumatic experience with this company asking back and fourth for simple work to be done and that’s the creation of 2 certificates and a simple invoice. Multiple delays,multiple spelling errors in my work,multiple communications repeating myself over and over after finally complaining as a customer due to frustration the blame gets shifted to me. After years of being a customer to the printing industry I’ve never encountered such service nor feeling the way I do. Compro Worcester is by all times a recommended place to go to fast efficient and kind staff. Orelia your attitude to a new client was uncalled for things could of turned out way differently if you could of treated me with kindness and owning up to your wrong doing. NOT RECOMMENDABLE

Sad experience
There is clearly a preferred demographic Minuteman Press Kloof or Pinetown wants to do business with. I'm a Creative and occasionally send my designs for printing at Minuteman Press Pinetown which has now changed to Minuteman Press Kloof, not only is feedback delayed on the quoting but when one calls to enquire about the delayed service, the response is abrupt, impatient and rude and I am told "follow the queue". I am a paying customer/supplier and I have buit my business on efficiency, I have since had a challenging start to my printing from the start of 2025. Their quotation terms state 10 days but the pricing on my quotation has increased twice, at double the initial quote in less than 7 working days and the response I received was an unfounded calculation which to my assumed conclusion is to insult my intellect. I am in search of a new printing supplier.

Unhappy Employee
I am employee of Minuteman ROSSLYN. The has a tendency of taking out her frustrations on the stuff and forcing them to resign without any given reason. I am the second person last year she did that to. The stuff is not treated equally a d those she has issues with get unreasonable treatment or threats that the can "***Off" if they want to. On the last day of work she tokk her frastrations on me and when she was busy yelling i left the office and she mentioned that i must resign... How does one deal with the matter

One of the best printing companies I know , very professional, friend and great customers and reasonable prices .

Rude staff - avoid Jeanne
Absolutely rude. Jeanne especially is *********** and exceptionally rude. Late on delivery. Snotty attitude in all honesty. I was flabbergasted at how rude they can be.
