Disappointing experience with Minuteman Press Montana

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Minuteman Press Montana. I provided specific instructions for a print job that were blatantly ignored. Despite numerous follow-ups, I was constantly given the excuse that they were "busy cutting." This repeated response not only felt dismissive but also demonstrated a clear lack of respect for my time and the importance of my project.

The lack of communication and disregard for the detailed instructions I provided was incredibly frustrating. Each time I reached out, I received no meaningful updates or reassurances that my concerns were being addressed. This level of unprofessionalism and poor customer service is unacceptable.

I cannot recommend Minuteman Press Montana and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. If you value timely and respectful service, I suggest you look elsewhere for your printing needs.
