I ordered foldable and golf umbrellas that have been branded with my company logo and the quality of the products, the artwork and the branding was done professionally and to our satisfaction. The products were ready for collection a day before the expected day of delivery. The salesperson, Joalize, was a pleasure to work with.

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Minuteman Press Montana. I provided specific instructions for a print job that were blatantly ignored. Despite numerous follow-ups, I was constantly given the excuse that they were "busy cutting." This repeated response not only felt dismissive but also demonstrated a clear lack of respect for my time and the importance of my project. The lack of communication and disregard for the detailed instructions I provided was incredibly frustrating. Each time I reached out, I received no meaningful updates or reassurances that my concerns were being addressed. This level of unprofessionalism and poor customer service is unacceptable. I cannot recommend Minuteman Press Montana and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. If you value timely and respectful service, I suggest you look elsewhere for your printing needs.

I requested a quote for 4 lanyards. The print estimator send me a quote for 100 lanyards. I asked if 100 lanyards are the minimum quantity. He replied with another email saying that the bare minimum is 20. So the next Monday I went to the shop paid for 20 lanyards along with 100 Business cards. They sent me emails saying that artwork will be sent to me for approval before print. On Thursday, I followed up to find out about the artwork and when I can expect it. They informed me that they will not be able to print 20 lanyards. So I requested a refund for the 20 lanyards, since I do not have money for 100 and they did initially say that they can print 20. They have now requested a bank statement as proof of payment for the lanyards although I did present my slip confirming payment. The service is terrible. They do not know what goes on in their own business and charge people for something they can't even deliver. And now I have to jump through al these hoops to get my money back.
