If I could give 0 stars, I would. I also take back the 4 stars I you. Don't tell your customers to give you a good rating when your service is this bad. It's a disgrace.
This is the worst service I have seen in my entire life. 1. I ordered my phone in August 2021, and the phone is purchased with airdots. I recived my phone but not the airdots. It's been over a year and still no airdots. This is a disgrace. 2. They never answer their phones, emails or whatsapp. If it's truly my lucky day and I reach them, they tell me to send an email to them. I have sent more than 10 emails for sure about the SAME matter. 3. I think my calls are being deliberately ignored. You cannot post whatsapp statuses and then proceed to ignore customer calls and messages. 4. The phone I ordered, is not even working properly. I have to do a hard reboot every couple of days. 5. If you think you are going to be the special customer who manages to get everything that you ordered, rather not take that risk. 6. By far the worst service I have ever seen. It has been one year and I am upset
