If I could give 0 stars, I would. I also take back the 4 stars I you. Don't tell your customers to give you a good rating when your service is this bad. It's a disgrace. This is the worst service I have seen in my entire life. 1. I ordered my phone in August 2021, and the phone is purchased with airdots. I recived my phone but not the airdots. It's been over a year and still no airdots. This is a disgrace. 2. They never answer their phones, emails or whatsapp. If it's truly my lucky day and I reach them, they tell me to send an email to them. I have sent more than 10 emails for sure about the SAME matter. 3. I think my calls are being deliberately ignored. You cannot post whatsapp statuses and then proceed to ignore customer calls and messages. 4. The phone I ordered, is not even working properly. I have to do a hard reboot every couple of days. 5. If you think you are going to be the special customer who manages to get everything that you ordered, rather not take that risk. 6. By far the worst service I have ever seen. It has been one year and I am upset

A total scam. I bought a fancier model phone and since it was in stock (according to the website) I thought the delivery wouldn't take very long but after 14days of waiting, they told me they were having supply problems but didn't address the fact that they lied about the product being in stock. The last official correspondence from them (from a person) was in early March. They took my money, promised me something and ran away. They are completely uncontactable and all I end up talking to is a chat bot but yet my money is gone. Not only do they lie on their website that phones are in stock but the whole 7 to 14-day delivery is a fallacy. Why do they not have transparency instead they leave the customer in a very bad situation? If I could I would give them no stars. Total disgrace of a company and giving Xiaomi a bad name

A total scam. Used this site twice before (in 2019) but for my last experience (the 3rd) is going south (2022). After 14 business days there is no response on any email I could find listed for this company. the WhatsApp (accounts@miphones.co.za; info@miphones.co.za; diana@miphones.co.za; help@miphones.co.za) Just want an explanation on the order, what happen, communicate please. I see loads of review now on this site about it being a scam, but again in 2019 the service was excellent so why would I think they wouldn't deliver again. something must of happened during the pandemic where either the original business folded and scammers bought the domain or the service is just atrocious now, for whatever reason. just update the buyers if you still really running the business. hope for a response soon.

A scam! Ordered and paid for a Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 on 15 December 2021. I received the confirmation of the order on the same day. I sent numerous mails to both e-mail addresses info@miphones and help@miphones to find out what is taking so long but no responses. I asked for a refund - they did reply on 11/02/2022 stating that they are not sure why the issue was not resolved. To date I still have not had my money refunded .

Ordered a phone on the 5th of January. Made inquiries as to delivery date as it was urgent and was told that it would take 7 to 14 working days. After waiting the required maximum 14 days, the phone had still not been delivered. Enquiries that followed where either ignored or the occasional excuse. Atrocious customer service. After a month of runaround, I had to buy another phone for my son in matric. Requested a refund and was told that it was no problem. Another month of excuses and deadlines not met has left me with the impression that this is a scam company. Do not utilize this company, its either a scam or the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Legal action seems to be the only route.

Worst company ever. Placed an order around the first week of January and I'm still waiting for my order even today... And no response to any sort of communication
