Used this site twice before (in 2019) but for my last experience (the 3rd) is going south (2022). After 14 business days there is no response on any email I could find listed for this company. the WhatsApp (accounts@miphones.co.za; info@miphones.co.za; diana@miphones.co.za; help@miphones.co.za) Just want an explanation on the order, what happen, communicate please. I see loads of review now on this site about it being a scam, but again in 2019 the service was excellent so why would I think they wouldn't deliver again. something must of happened during the pandemic where either the original business folded and scammers bought the domain or the service is just atrocious now, for whatever reason. just update the buyers if you still really running the business. hope for a response soon.

Took My mother there on the day she passed. What a poor experience. My mom was near death when at the emergency room the doctors laughed and mocked us. It was empty and they were not busy. They were not interested in saving lives. Gave them our house doctors letter to please attend to my mother, but they were too busy chatting and making jokes. after 20 minutes when a porter finally brought my mom into triage they sprang to life and saw the state of my mom. Are we just jokes to these doctors and nurses. is our lifeless worth because we cannot pay for private healthcare? This is very bad at a place where life should be saved, but I feel going to Tygerberg is a death sentence. Begged to go to Karl Bremmer hospital even though Tygerberg is closer. not the first time we've had a poor experience at this death trap of a hospital. unfortunately, we poor people have to rely on the state health system. but the state is failed by arrogant so-called health professionals that treat life as jokes. shame on the poor state of ethics and service. Hippocratic Oath means nothing.
Good Day I purchased Medirite Pharmacy Herbal Cough Syrup. I'm completely dissatisfied with the product as it is not up to standard. The mixture split and is grainy and gross. Can I please have my money back; this is a horrible product. The expiry date is 08/2022 (BN:20 J 208; NAPPI code: 714091001).
I recently purchased JOKO Rooibos tea and was highly disappointed about the teabag being a generic square bag when for many years the normal Joko Black tea bags are round. This seems to indicate that Joko is just buying generic rooibos tea and selling it off as Joko. I am highly disappointed by this, as I would assume the round teabag is iconic of your brand and this defeats your brand position
I recently purchased 2x Zam-Buk Chest Rub 7g cans to keep in my car and my pocket. The product itself is fine. The problem is the can is poorly designed. I want to use the product when I require it, however, the can is nearly impossible to use as it is too difficult to open, especially in the cold when hands are stiff. I have to resort to using my multitool pliers to pry the can open, and this takes several minutes. This is a poor design. I went and bought a competitors' product (Dischem branded rub) because I had enough of struggling. Their product comes with a twist lid and I can quickly and discreetly use the product all day. Why ruin a product with poor industrial design. I’m disappointed I wasted my money on this product and had a very poor experience with it. I’ll scoop out the Zam-buk ointment to refill your competitors' better container once their product gets used up.
Had a truly poor experience recently. Not one of the malls elevators were operation. Not even the info help desk knew this was the case. So I go do my shopping ? on the ground floor, having parked ? on the first floor. Now I needed to get my shopping ? trolley up ?? to the first floor. Low and behold the elevator closes to the parking ? has been removed during the renovation which took place. The next closes one was out of order and so was the last one all the way on the opposite side of the mall... Luckily for me I remembered that Woolworths has an elevator in their shop ?.... This is poor scheduling of services if it was due to planned maintenance.. It it was unplanned and all (ie. The only 2 in the mall) are not operational, then it was poor planning on behalf of the maintenance department... This is super poor service please fix
