If I could give 0 stars, I would. I also take back the 4 stars I you. Don't tell your customers to give you a good rating when your service is this bad. It's a disgrace. This is the worst service I have seen in my entire life. 1. I ordered my phone in August 2021, and the phone is purchased with airdots. I recived my phone but not the airdots. It's been over a year and still no airdots. This is a disgrace. 2. They never answer their phones, emails or whatsapp. If it's truly my lucky day and I reach them, they tell me to send an email to them. I have sent more than 10 emails for sure about the SAME matter. 3. I think my calls are being deliberately ignored. You cannot post whatsapp statuses and then proceed to ignore customer calls and messages. 4. The phone I ordered, is not even working properly. I have to do a hard reboot every couple of days. 5. If you think you are going to be the special customer who manages to get everything that you ordered, rather not take that risk. 6. By far the worst service I have ever seen. It has been one year and I am upset

Miphones is not the same company anymore!!!! Possibly hijacked website??Beware!!!! Because we used this company before COVID in 2018 , my son ordered 2 different phones from them on 6 June 2022. They received and confirmed full payment paid in a FNB account (on their invoice) via EFT on 9 June 2022. Then he waited for shipment confirmation that never happened - no reasons given. From 24 June 2022 they said they will refund (asked for his account nr etc on 29/6/2022) and after countless emails and later WHATSUP chats with their so called sales manager - Diane Padyachee (0744946904) who promised us in her texts, they are not robbers , not scammers, don't mislead customers and they are busy processing his refund (21/7/2022). She even got Candice Pillay (06622773160) on board to lie telephonically on 25/7/2022 to my son about the refund (he recorded that conversation) She said he will be refunded within 7 days, My son asked for written confirmation of her "promise", she emailed the next day and wrote 2 weeks, that he queried again. Thereafter they blocked our Whatsups as they did not deliver. Today is 69 days later without any product or a refund for paid products not delivered. We opened a case of fraud and theft and will warn future customers far & wide on social media to be protected against these scammers!

Not a good experience. Ordered the Xiaomi + smart band bundle during black Friday last year. I did receive the phone after about a month of pestering. Then came the excuses about the smart band abut no stock, then stock is stuck at customs. So i gave them benefit of the doubt due to the Black Friday rush. But now its eight months later and still no delivery or communication. What's more frustrating is that the site is advertising the devices as in stock. To get feedback is a major mission. Their online chat might as well not be there because no one responds. Xiaomi Global recommends going to the Consumer protection platforms, so will be writing to them next as this store is negatively affecting their brand name. They don't seem to realize that customer service makes or breaks a business - i think it will hit them when it eventually breaks. Looking back, i would have spent a few rand more and got better service from elsewhere.

Used this site twice before (in 2019) but for my last experience (the 3rd) is going south (2022). Places an order and paid for 29 March 2022 for screen protectors. Still waiting for order. Tried several times to phone, but calls go to voice mail, you can't leave a message as the voice mail inbox is full. Not a happy customer.

It used to be a good site and now I suspect a scam. I ordered recently and used their contact details to ask for a refund or at least communication about the delay but received no response to this day. Very disappointed

They are scamsters and will steal your money!!! They regularly update their website, but when you order and pay for anything, that is the last you will see your money or hear from them. They need to be tracked down and thrown in jail!

A friend ordered a phone and received it promptly but after 5 weeks of waiting we got worried and tried to contact them. That was a fail on all fronts. We got no response via the web site chat or mail or phone number on the web site. Our emails bounced. Eventually I got a private number from a technically-sussed person on MyBroadband and got hold of the owner. We then did eventually receive the phone but not before being strung along for another ten days.
