I visited the Gezina branch today, made a small purchase of diced cold meats assorted in mayonnaise for lunch. The price on the dish was marked for R8.99 and the tag showed Cold Meats. I dished up about a table s**** of this dish. The assistant weighed it and priced it. I looked at the price tag, it was weighed in for R39.99 and it came to something like R55! I asked her why R39 and not R8.99 as was marked on the dish. She took the price off the dish and then told me there was a price increase. Sorry Checkers, if this is how you are going to ***** from your customers, then I am taking my business elsewhere.
Tried phoning mia.africa.com for support, Operator could not hear me because her kid was making too much noise in the background. Terminated call and phoned in again, same thing. Very unprofessional when your front line does this, what is the rest of the business like?
Tried phoning for support. Operator could not hear me because kid was screaming in the background. Terminated the call, waited a few minutes and phoned in again, still the kid in the background shouting and operator could not hear me. If the front line to a business is like this, what is the rest of the business like? They lost my business.
Places an order and paid for 29 March 2022 for screen protectors. Still waiting for order. Tried several times to phone, but calls go to voice mail, you can't leave a message as the voice mail inbox is full. Not a happy customer.
