Great service.
Had a wonderful experience with these guys. Ordered over Christmas, and was notified immediately of possible delays due to suppliers being on holiday. They informed me of when the items would arrive so I proceeded. True to their word, everything has been delivered in perfect order in the stipulated time. Will certainly purchase from them again.

Worst service, possibly a scam. Avoid at all Costs.
Ordered a phone on the 5th of January. Made inquiries as to delivery date as it was urgent and was told that it would take 7 to 14 working days. After waiting the required maximum 14 days, the phone had still not been delivered. Enquiries that followed where either ignored or the occasional excuse. Atrocious customer service. After a month of runaround, I had to buy another phone for my son in matric. Requested a refund and was told that it was no problem. Another month of excuses and deadlines not met has left me with the impression that this is a scam company. Do not utilize this company, its either a scam or the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Legal action seems to be the only route.

Miphones.co.za stay well away.
Either the worst customer service in the country or a complete scam. Paid for a redmi note 10 and after a month of excuses, asked for a refund and the real dodging began. Avoid like the plague.
