Evil ****mers
This business is 100000% a ****. They firstly changed their minds about a cat. Also they never sent me pictures of the cat in question just said they had it. Then they send a slew of pictures most of which seem like not real legit photos that they took. They also took a while to send these to me. They asked for 50% depost which is normal. I payed it. Next day I get an email from some **** shipping company called Diligent Couriers saying I need to pay arefundable R7200 for a shipping crate or the kitten won't be able to be sent. Before I payed it, I was very sceptical but they promised it was refundable and I also contaced the seller about this. They proclaimed it is normal and that the amount will be refunded upon delivery. So I payed it. Then an hour later I get another email saying I must pay R10000 for a doctor certificate for the airport staff. At this point I was like NOOOO way. So basically I lost all that money. These people are evil do not use them at all. It's the same person. Don't be fooled

A total scam of a company
A total scam. I bought a fancier model phone and since it was in stock (according to the website) I thought the delivery wouldn't take very long but after 14days of waiting, they told me they were having supply problems but didn't address the fact that they lied about the product being in stock. The last official correspondence from them (from a person) was in early March. They took my money, promised me something and ran away. They are completely uncontactable and all I end up talking to is a chat bot but yet my money is gone. Not only do they lie on their website that phones are in stock but the whole 7 to 14-day delivery is a fallacy. Why do they not have transparency instead they leave the customer in a very bad situation? If I could I would give them no stars. Total disgrace of a company and giving Xiaomi a bad name
