Not a good experience. Ordered the Xiaomi + smart band bundle during black Friday last year. I did receive the phone after about a month of pestering. Then came the excuses about the smart band abut no stock, then stock is stuck at customs. So i gave them benefit of the doubt due to the Black Friday rush. But now its eight months later and still no delivery or communication. What's more frustrating is that the site is advertising the devices as in stock. To get feedback is a major mission. Their online chat might as well not be there because no one responds. Xiaomi Global recommends going to the Consumer protection platforms, so will be writing to them next as this store is negatively affecting their brand name. They don't seem to realize that customer service makes or breaks a business - i think it will hit them when it eventually breaks. Looking back, i would have spent a few rand more and got better service from elsewhere.
