First of I want to congratulate the staff for their friendly service and always helping us. This was our 2nd time at Misty Hills, unfortunately my husband received a call from his work and that he must return immediately. This was before 10:00 , when check out usually is. We went to the reception and informed them that we had to leave and that we requested a refund for the 1 night. The receptionist informed us that it won't be possible. My husband asked to speak to her manager. After a few minutes the GM arrived with another man, that seemed to be his "bodyguard". He was extremely rude and said we need to explain why. 1st of all, it has nothing to do with him. He abruptly said that they will not refund us. So, my question now is.... we paid in full, supported their Carnivore restaurant and went for a 60 minute massage as well. What type of owners employee people who won't go the extra mile for a loyal client. I've got news for you,you arrogant GM. In any business the customer is always right! I hope the owners of the Misty Hills sees this and will reply to me asap. I will leave a bad review on every single social media platform.
