Misty hills country hotel

We spend three nights here, the room was always clean and staff very friendly.

We ordered burgers one night-room service) but the patties were raw and the fries burnt, we asked for the food to be sorted, we were ignored, we then asked for the refund during check out they refused.

A week later the GM is saying she can't process the refund but I must come back to the hotel for the free meal, imagine driving 3 hours for R260?

Such a terrible service
