The owner James Sheard, grabbed my son (12 years old) by his shirt and in the process, he pushed him so hard that he fell off his bike. The bike fell on his foot, and it's bruised and blue this morning. In the process, his bike got damaged. And then, to make things worse, he and his wife Lisa threatened the kids about security Phoenix that would lock them up and did a lot of emotional damage. Me and my husband showed our son to take the dirt road to the restaurant,as he and his friend don't have a license. They were simply following our instructions!! There was no signs that showed bikes are not allowed to ride there. Definitely not a child friendly place! I will NEVER go there again!

I made a booking at misty mountain in sabie via booking.com on the 2nd of January 2023 for 2sleeper unit when i received a confirmation for a booking it came back showing the booking is for 1 adult i'ts now their error my suffering as when I cancel on the same day they are unfairly charging me 50% of money I paid as cancelation and penalty fee of their error as per property owner of misty mountain, I find it absurd to put it mildly and asking myself how such establishment qualified to register with booking.com, the only fair practice is to refund the full amount as i'm not responsible for the mistake that occured in their system.

Bad service, I have since cancelled my booking now the resort is ducking n diving wen they have to pay my refund, every week it's a different story. definitely reporting them to the ombudsman as well, they
