they deliver a totally different product than they one advertised, then they refuse to refund / return their products. i have been taken from pillar to post for the past 4 weeks mows
my family and i have a family membership at virgin active karaglen, they have a v-club facility with no bathroom arrangements for kids, they legit told us that families use disabled facilities for bathroom, not sure how it will work if they have a disabled person at the gym, that person will need to queue to use the bathroom and wait for families to finish taking their shower
Poor service from this medical aid, they informed me that when the savings get finished we can use from the day to day benefit extender, they gave me the code 0190 for telephone consult, my doctor used that but they still rejected my claim, first time i called to enquire they told me it’s system error, i then called numerous times and no one could explain why my claim is still rejected, this medical aid scheme is a scam, now i have to pay the doctor cash before they hand me over to attorneys

Bad customer service at green stone game rcs.. waited for two hours to be assisted, left without being assisted. The person that assists with rcs went AWOL and left the work station, they tried calling her numerous times without her responding, she probably went shopping and forgot she is working..

This school is unprofessional,they booked me for a free master class,when I got there they were closed.Drove all the way there with my petrol for nothing in this economic climate ?.was seriously considering studying there,but now too disappointed
I applied for a nedbank credit card which was approved two weeks ago, every time I call their call centre to follow up, im told dsv will contact me to arrange for delivery of my card, im not sure whos incompetent here, dsv or nedbank
I have requested nedbank private banking call Centre to send me my bank statement the whole now. all their staff is incompetent, when you join private banking they promise you the world and once you have joined, they will give you problems, I have since requested my bank statement since Monday, I have spent about R200.00 on airtime, everyday calling them, requesting them to send me my bank statement, today is Friday and im still waiting, I guess I have to go queue at the bank when I have private banking.
