Mitabyte CC - My First Experience

Hey Guys, recently made a purchase from Mitabyte CC. They had some specials for Black Friday so I decided to give them a try.

For an IT Company that deals in Mostly Hardware and your occasional Software, I placed an order online with them for some accessories.

Payment options were fairly simple.

However when it came to the Shipping options that page actually confused me! after the shipping options were figured out, it was then time to wait for delivery.

Heres the part that totally sucks, no tracking info was provided. No notification that the items would be delivered on a certain day between business hours. My parcel has been left with the neighbor. Fortunately the courier left a voice mail for me that he had done so.

I extremely dislike it when you order goods and it gets delivered to the wrong address or not being notified of when shipping is going to occur.

What do i think of Mitabyte CC?

Their goods? 4 stars Their prices? 4 stars Their Courier System? 1 star.
