Wrong Part Delivered/No Refund-Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks Wynberg we placed an order and paid them on the 25th of May 2018 for our forklift spare part and they promised that it will be available in s week's time which did not happen even after following up with the sales guy by the name of Clive Reddy who kept on moving delivery dates. the 14th of June i spoke with Preston Thulsie who confirmed that he will be sending his driver with the part and later advised that driver was stuck in traffic from Pretoria. delivery was then made on the 15th of June with a wrong part which we couldn't accept. we advised them of the wrong part and Preston said we will to wait for the sales person(Clive) who we ordered with since he was off. a guy by the name of Welcome Takuta started calling saying thats the correct part. Monday the 18th Clive Reddy called and we discusssed and agreed that they should refund us and a letter from the bank was sent to them accordingly. Wednesday the 20th of June we got a phone call from Clive reversing and even denying some of our tele-conversation ref refund, saying that their company doesn't do refunds and now the whole lot from Mitsubishi we calling us one after another that we must take the part even if it's wrong. My warehouse guy who orderded the part with Clive Reddy has been to Wynberg to finish off this issue but still to no avail. i have been sending emails since yesterday following up on the refund and there are not responding anymore.
