We were dealing with John Kale who gave us a quote for clutch kit and forks which we paid for on the 12th of August, clutch was delivered to us on the 28th of August after several follow ups with no response. only got a response later to be told eta of the balance was 13th of September till to date we haven't received anything and no communication from John, we have been calling for several times with no favourable response, on the 26th of September John advised that the part is phased out now we chasing for our refund John cuts off or don't pick up his calls. have been asking to speak John's manager with no joy only for a guy called Daniel to call with lame excuses.
Liquid telecom/Neotel should just close down as their service is just horrible. every week we have to log a No Connection fault. after logging on you still have to follow up with them. Even after involving their Manangers like Ross and Nlanhla you still don't get updated.
the security guards had to look at their guests being robbed inside the hotel in front of them. surely they will let the thieves even get into the rooms.
their connection is always down, every week we have to report, of late it's going on for days and this is a work connection. too frustrated by this as we end up buying data to hotspot to certain computers for work to continue.
Wrong Part Delivered/No Refund-Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks Wynberg we placed an order and paid them on the 25th of May 2018 for our forklift spare part and they promised that it will be available in s week's time which did not happen even after following up with the sales guy by the name of Clive Reddy who kept on moving delivery dates. the 14th of June i spoke with Preston Thulsie who confirmed that he will be sending his driver with the part and later advised that driver was stuck in traffic from Pretoria. delivery was then made on the 15th of June with a wrong part which we couldn't accept. we advised them of the wrong part and Preston said we will to wait for the sales person(Clive) who we ordered with since he was off. a guy by the name of Welcome Takuta started calling saying thats the correct part. Monday the 18th Clive Reddy called and we discusssed and agreed that they should refund us and a letter from the bank was sent to them accordingly. Wednesday the 20th of June we got a phone call from Clive reversing and even denying some of our tele-conversation ref refund, saying that their company doesn't do refunds and now the whole lot from Mitsubishi we calling us one after another that we must take the part even if it's wrong. My warehouse guy who orderded the part with Clive Reddy has been to Wynberg to finish off this issue but still to no avail. i have been sending emails since yesterday following up on the refund and there are not responding anymore. I went to Istore mall of Africa today where i purchased a phone and paid through EFT from FNB to FNB. i had to wait for hours for the store to confirm receipt of payment which is done through their head office who sent an email and advised that funds had not reflected and should check tomorrow, the customer service i got in getting this message from Chris the Branch Manager wasn't pleasing at all as he would rather speak to the rep yet i was standing next to the rep, he didn't even offer any other alternatives of making payment follows etc but rather got assisted by Bhasani Sibaya who then followed up on my payment and offered me the phone to call FNB which i did and payment was confirmed,after almost 2 hours. thanks to Bhasani Sibaya and sales rep Lungiswa Mcebe for doing all they could in assisting me.
Have been sitting in the que for the past 40 minutes and the guys who are still being served are the ones I saw when I got in, This branch needs to up their game, clients are ending up leaving without being assisted
<p>almost every week we have to conctact Neotel to fix our connection as it would have gone down, this is so frustrating for our business. we have to call them that's an expense on top of another, you hold for more than 10minutes while reporting the problem as well. We used to never had such but now its an every week thing. </p>
<p>Since April our telephone services/landlines are on and off, have reported to Telkom several times but no joy still.</p> <p>our number ********** has been done since April but have been receiving messages that it's fixed</p> <p>our other number ********** has been on and off, it's now two weeks without service but received again sms saying line has been fixed , today i had to log a fault once again for both numbers</p> <p>am extremely dissapointed/frustrated as these are business lines</p> <p>Reference Numbers for our faults are 263CRZ070617 and 246CRZ070617</p> <p> </p>
