MixboxLubricants / mbparts Very Bad service

If you are a newcomer in auto spares, please do not open an account with a company called Mixbox Lubricants based in Benrose. They do not have customer service at all and if you are not buying from them large quantities, they treat you like ****. The co owner of the company does not know how to talk to customers. l sent my order to their sales person and instead of delivering my goods they did not bother and when we followed up the owner shouted at me and told me that he will give us the money back. Unfortunately since 21 December l am still waiting for the money and that is slowing my business as l can not stock. When l followed up about my refund on the 3rd of January and said when he gets a chance he will refund. This show he does not care.
