I am requesting an urgent refund of R249 that was deducted from my FNB bank account without my authorisation. I am not using your services and do not have your router. No service has been provided to me, yet a debit order was processed on my account. I did not sign or approve the debit order mandate that was sent to me. I formally cancelled this mandate, as it was never authorised in the first place. I am concerned as to how funds could be deducted without my consent and without any service being rendered. I am requesting: An immediate refund of R249 Written confirmation that the debit order has been cancelled An explanation for the unauthorised deduction If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will escalate it to the Consumer Protection authorities. I look forward to your urgent response.
Nandi from FNB primrose lacks customer service and is rude to clients. I spoke to her with respect and she asked me whether l want her to babysit me. She left me and she went to do her shopping at PicknPay. *********** manager.
Customer service is so bad. Some consultants are just moving around with calling clients to assist them. The manager is here but busy chatting to a consultant without even asking his consultants to speed up the process. New management is required in branch. Only 2 consultants are helping people and the other 3 no one knows where they are.
I paid for my account 92147242 on the 27th of July, but my dstv WiFi is still not connected. I logged 2 tickets and they keep in saying they will load data but nothing has been done.
The customer service at FNB Primrose is trash. You find a consultant walking slowly and busy on her phone while there's a long queue. I wonder whether there is anyone managing the place. It's like visiting a government department. TRASH!
I am currently receiving a very BAD service from WebAfrica. I signed up and paid for their fiber a week ago and till today l am not connect. Bronwen Bailey their staff member is very rude does not bother answering/attending to customer queries. Right now l do not know who to talk to and l have paid for something l am not using.
USE TRITON EXPRESS AT YOUR OWN RISK Triton Express is ***********. They do not value their clients and they make false promises to clients. I have been waiting for my goods for over a week now and these are goods that are in their warehouse in Johannesburg. When l call they Johannesburg number, the phone rings none stop unattended, which shows their 'dont care attitude'.
I paid for my DSTV internet recently and it's now not working. What kind of service is this. Please sort this out.
Poor service from DST. My DSTV internet is not working but my account is up to date. Their self service does not help at all and their call centre agents are rude,impatient and not helpful. DST (MultiChoice) reconnect my internet now, l am not owing you and you must provide the service that l have paid for. Train your call centre agents professionalism or otherwise continue losing customers.
The above logistics company is very ***********. My parcel is with them and l am not even updated on what is going on or why it has been not delivered. Their self service systems are useless and not helpful at all. Their support email address is as good as it does not exist because they do not bother responding.
