Experienced but not so ethical
This business has a lot of experience and knowledge, however beware on the finance side. During construction MJ caused extensive water damage to wooden floors. Even though the verbal agreement with two of the partners was that they would bear the cost of repairs at the time, upon completion of the project they refused to bear the cost- citing a long list of requirements (including that we were supposed to have obtained three quotes and a host of other requirements that were never communicated to us at the time), a deliberate effort to extract money from us *********lly.

Unethical and downright unacceptable
I want to warn the public at large on using Julius Mukweremba from MJ Construction (company not registered). Julius Mukweremba was tasked to close the swimming pool, paving and waterproofing at my premises. Needless to say, it was a nightmare from start to end and I need to redo everything Julius Mukweremba and his so called team did. It is now clear that people like Julius will agree to an amount for the project and during the course of the project will find ways to demand extra money. In the end, I needed to get the police involved to remove him from my premises as he got rude and aggressive. I also had Julius Mukweremba removed from Kandua and Snupit.
