I would like to express how disgusted I am for the way my provident fund application is being handled .
My papers I've submitted the 15th march 2024 to Sandra Barthis by Head Office as she was the one communicating with me via email .
She then advised the papers is wrongly signed and then I re-submitted the papers the 18th of March 2024.
Then I followed up the 11tyb April again to find out what's happening and Sandra Barthis again advised I need to wait 8 weeks!! Which I understood .
8 weeks has passed and didn't get any of my provident funds and then I called in to Sandra Barthis and was advised again that she forgot to send off my paper works to MMG .
At this point I'm livid already and I as the consumer and ex employee has to do all the follow ups and back and forth .
Then I called MMG and the lady Kgomotso advised there no paper work submitted from Sandra of PNP.
I then had to borrow money to get enough airtime and data to make phone calls and check my emails just because of Sandra's negligence not prioritizing my application .
Then I called in to PNP Head office again and spoke to a Lucille then Sandra and then another lady who apparently worked in Finance department I didn't get her name and started getting all sarcastic with me and frustrated for me as a ex employee asking the right questions as to what is taking so long with my provident fund money .
Then I hear by sars I had to get my father to drive me to Sars on the 09th May 2024 @13:00 the afternoon to rush to Sars in promenade Mitchell's plain before they close and more money to borrow for petrol as the car does not run on water .
And to find out by sars Sandra Barthis submitted someone else's tax number under my I'd nr hence why when I called MMG when I couldn't understand why someone else's name is picking up on the system under my identity number.
I am so livid ...I emailed the document that was printed by Sars to email to Sandra then to find out she blocked my email address . And had to send the document to Sandra Barthis via my sister's email address and went through !!!
I am disgusted by the service and lack of communication I want to be re-imbursed for the calls and data with petrol money I had to borrow to solve this on my own .
Yesterday ,on the 9th May 2024 I received a email from a Mavis from MMG who advised she is busy processing my claim .
So my question is how long will I be waiting again another 8 weeks from yesterday's date the 09th May 2024.
I want someone in higher authorities /Management to get in contact with me as this is unacceptable!
