Good Day My son's Fotd Xcab bakkie got gearbox trouble near Harrismith in early January 2025.Since then we are having trouble getting feedback.First the gearbox went missing.Then the wrong hearbox were sent back from Mayfair to Ford Harrismith.Each week I phone in,I get a new story.We need that vehicle.My son is flying in from Kansas this coming Monday to attend his grandfather's fuberal.They offer no help wit transport,only promises of feedback and more "stories" passing the ball to Mayfair...What should we do please?Your help will be appreciated. Thank You.

I contacted the NMG Group when I got retrenched in July 2024. All the paperwork was submitted at the end of July 2024. At the end of August I contacted them to find out the progress of my payout only to be told that it was going to be processed. Thereafter I called them every week, and they provided different excuses every time I called. A month ago they said that it would be paid out, and the supervisor promised that by the 2nd December 2024 I would receive my payment. Till today nothing has transpired. This company is very *********** and defently would advise people to think carefully before engaging the services of this company. When you call in the 086 number provided on the website it says it does not exist. When I call their landline number I gave to wait up to 45 minutes to an hour before the call is taken. I am very frustrated as this company does not care about honouring their word and probably making an interest on our funds that they have. I am now going to engage an attorney to get my retirement payout as this is ridiculous. Their business ethics are thrash and the way they conduct their business is most unprofessional. So people be aware that his company offers the worst service ever.

I would like to express how disgusted I am for the way my provident fund application is being handled . My papers I've submitted the 15th march 2024 to Sandra Barthis by Head Office as she was the one communicating with me via email . She then advised the papers is wrongly signed and then I re-submitted the papers the 18th of March 2024. Then I followed up the 11tyb April again to find out what's happening and Sandra Barthis again advised I need to wait 8 weeks!! Which I understood . 8 weeks has passed and didn't get any of my provident funds and then I called in to Sandra Barthis and was advised again that she forgot to send off my paper works to MMG . At this point I'm livid already and I as the consumer and ex employee has to do all the follow ups and back and forth . Then I called MMG and the lady Kgomotso advised there no paper work submitted from Sandra of PNP. I then had to borrow money to get enough airtime and data to make phone calls and check my emails just because of Sandra's negligence not prioritizing my application . Then I called in to PNP Head office again and spoke to a Lucille then Sandra and then another lady who apparently worked in Finance department I didn't get her name and started getting all sarcastic with me and frustrated for me as a ex employee asking the right questions as to what is taking so long with my provident fund money . Then I hear by sars I had to get my father to drive me to Sars on the 09th May 2024 @13:00 the afternoon to rush to Sars in promenade Mitchell's plain before they close and more money to borrow for petrol as the car does not run on water . And to find out by sars Sandra Barthis submitted someone else's tax number under my I'd nr hence why when I called MMG when I couldn't understand why someone else's name is picking up on the system under my identity number. I am so livid ...I emailed the document that was printed by Sars to email to Sandra then to find out she blocked my email address . And had to send the document to Sandra Barthis via my sister's email address and went through !!! I am disgusted by the service and lack of communication I want to be re-imbursed for the calls and data with petrol money I had to borrow to solve this on my own . Yesterday ,on the 9th May 2024 I received a email from a Mavis from MMG who advised she is busy processing my claim . So my question is how long will I be waiting again another 8 weeks from yesterday's date the 09th May 2024. I want someone in higher authorities /Management to get in contact with me as this is unacceptable!

MMG Mahindra Kokstad their service is horrible and their are not reliable, they can lie with full of empty promises, I bought the mahindra S6 few months down the line with few kms travelled started giving gearbox problems and I was not treated well. I will never ever buy or refer anyone to buy from these guys neither their product.

Bad customer service, no compassion, lack of interest in what I complain about, unwillingness to assist. I bought a Demo car from MMG Kia Newcastle and the car was delivered to me without any inspection . On my inspection I found lots of faults on the car and when I confront them the manager denied all that I was showing her of which the nearest dealership confirmed it on the inspection. I am stuck now I want cancellation of the deal and the don't wanna came to a mutual agreement. I returned their car as I don't want it and the bank says they cannot do anything since it has to come e in writing between me and the dealership of which they are refusing to do. I don't know what else to do.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the customer service I received at the MMG Ford dealership in Bethlehem. On Friday, July 7th, I visited the dealership to obtain a quote for servicing my Ford Figo. The female employee who was closest to the stairs took my VIN number and stated that she would email me the quote. I left the dealership only to return two hours later after not receiving an email. I decided to wait there until I received an estimate quote. The employee wrote on a printed-out sheet of paper and added some items, such as labor, with a black pen. She confirmed that she would type everything up and send me the official quote via email. It has now been nearly a week, and I have still not received an official quote. I even called yesterday to follow up, but I have still not received anything. I am not the only one who has had difficulty with Bethlehem's MMG Ford dealership. Friends and family members have also had trouble receiving good customer service and service from them. They described the dealership as "slapgat." This Ford Figo is my first car, and I was very happy with my purchase until now. I understand that I may not drive the newest Ford or that I am not the dealership's biggest customer. However, I am still a customer and a Ford driver. I believe that any company that wants to keep customers must treat all customers as valued customers. As I am writing this, I am also obtaining quotes from other businesses to service my car. If MMG Ford in Bethlehem cannot even email me a quote, who knows how they will be able to service my car? I had planned to purchase my next vehicle from Ford, but I am now seriously reconsidering my decision. It appears to me that MMG Group only values customers when they are purchasing a new vehicle. I hope that you will take my complaint seriously and that you will take steps to improve the customer service at the MMG Ford dealership in Bethlehem. I am extremely disappointed in MMG Group and Ford in Bethlehem.

If i could rate a 0 star i would have.. i am so disgusted with Ford Newcastle and Mazda Newcastle (MMG) baught a car and took it back 3 times in the first 6 months with weird sounds. Never came to a solution. Then all of a sudden they said its the gearbox mounting. Still got the car back with the same problem. Then quoted me almost R14k for a manifold leak(wich it was not) Mazda sold me a car that was broken and they knew before and didnt want to fix any of the problems they made me take out 2 year extra warrenty on that car and even when i took it back within the first six months they said its wear and tear sorry they not fixing anything..... BAD BAD BAD Service. Anyway i hope this review reaches your big bosses and so i want to tell you you sold me a car thats got a head and stripped Turbo mountings...you are costing me my monthly installment+extra warranty that im not allowed to use FYI and a bunch of unnecessary money i have to pay now becaurse of this car you sold to me with lies.
